If the number of issues that form a subscription period are adjusted mid-subscription, Cheshire Business Exchange will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.
Magazine subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of your subscription period. Cheshire Business Exchange will contact you using the details you provided to the time of your order, before the end of your fixed subscription period to enquire about extending your subscription.
All products from Cheshire Media come with free delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page or during the checkout process.
Cheshire Media will deliver products to the postal address you specified when placing your order and will not be held responsible for failure to deliver the products if an incorrect postal address was supplied.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations of a magazine subscription are not permitted until the end of the fixed subscription period.
Magazine subscriptions do not automatically renew and therefore, Cheshire Business Exchange do not require prior notice to prevent the automatic renewal of subscriptions.
If you receive an incorrect product(s) (different to that listed on your order confirmation), Cheshire Business Exchange will use all reasonable efforts to provide the correct product to you and a partial or full refund may be offered at Cheshire Business Exchange’s discretion.
Refunds cannot be offered on digital products due to their instant availability to the customer.
